This recent and intimate tourist residence consists of only four modern, bright, and comfortable apartments, where contemporary design and authenticity elegantly combine.
Let yourself be charmed by our quality contemporary residences, nestled around an elegant, secluded swimming pool, inviting you to relax and enjoy the gentle pace of life on its sunny terraces.
Completely fenced, Résidence Terra Verde harmoniously blends into a meticulously landscaped setting, enhanced by beautiful local plant species.
Ideally located between sea and mountains, Résidence Terra Verde provides easy access to the region's iconic sites:
The city center of Porto-Vecchio, the spectacular cliffs of Bonifacio, the magnificent beaches of Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, or Cala Rossa, the Bavella needles…
Porto-Vecchio harbor is only 10 minutes away for arrivals by boat, and Figari airport is a 30-minute drive from the residence.
You will also appreciate nearby amenities such as the Trinité supermarket and the surrounding bars and restaurants, just a few hundred meters away.
